Users agree that they, themselves are reponsible for their own actions and TagBox will not be held liable for anything posted on the tagboxes. TagBox does not verify, endorse, or vouch for any content posted unless posted by the owner of TagBox and will not be held responsible.

TagBox does not always review it's content but reserves the right to change and/or delete anything posted on tagboxes. TagBox also reserves the right to delete any tagbox for any reason without notice.
TagBox attempts to back-up our service daily but will not be held liable for any loss of data.

Our users acknowledge that the there can be interruption of service (due to upgrades, server downtime, etc) and that these interruptions can not always be prevented. Therefore, our users agree that TagBox will not be held liable for any damages caused by interruptions of service.

Members who want to use our services must use valid E-mail addresses and agree to accept the occasional E-mail as part of their service.

Users who use TagBox's service should be aged 13 or over.

Users with a free board agree to keep the link to TagBox viewable and clickable at all times and may not force their tagbox to automatically refresh.
If you upgrade to an advanced (paid) tagbox and cancel within 14 days (not after 14 days), you are able to get a full refund.

Anyone found violating these Terms of Use may have their service immediately terminated without notice and find several restrictions within TagBox's service.

TagBox reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time and without prior notice.
